The 15th Asian Pharmaceutical Association Collaboration Conference ( #APAC ) was held on April 21.

This year, approximately 700 participants from pharmaceutical associations, regulatory authorities and academia from Japan and other Asian countries and regions attended the conference and had fruitful discussions.

The #JPMA #International Affairs Committee regularly exchanges information with foreign pharmaceutical organizations, and this time it held an online meeting with #EFPIA.

During the meeting, both JPMA and EFPIA shared policy and institutional trends surrounding pharmaceuticals, and exchanged opinions on common issues such as MFN treatment and tariffs.

The North America Group of the European and American Subcommittees of the #JPMA #International Affairs Committee held a study session with Mr. Lu (Greenberg Traurig), an attorney practicing in the United States, as a lecturer.

He spoke about policy and regulatory trends surrounding the pharmaceutical industry in the U.S., and opinions were exchanged.

On April 3, the Quality culture PJ of the #JPMA #Quality & Technology Committee and the Toyama Pharmaceutical Association held the third meeting to exchange opinions following 2025.

Lively discussions were held on quality culture. The content of the exchange of opinions will be shared at the JPMA GMP Case Study Group and utilized in quality assurance efforts in the future!

On March 28, #JPMA Chairman Miyabashira took the podium at the Diversity Promotion Symposium of the Pharmaceutical Society of Japan! He spoke about human resource development efforts in the pharmaceutical industry and the importance of diversity in creating innovation!

# JPMA held a career awareness seminar for junior high and high school students at the annual meeting of the Pharmaceutical Society of Japan last weekend.

How drugs are created and delivered to patients 💊 Through the story of how drugs are created and delivered to patients, the seminar introduces the appeal and satisfaction of working in pharmacy and drug discovery!

We hope this seminar will be an opportunity for the young people who will be responsible for the next generation of pharmacy and drug discovery to chart their own future 🌱.

Among the many entries, more than 100 people from the JPMA were involved in the judging process and selected 6 catchphrases 🏅.
