IFPMA Code of Practice
The IFPMA Code of Practices (the "IFPMA Code") was established in 1981 and has undergone several revisions since then, with the current Code approved in 2018. The 2018 revision revises the previous Guiding Principles for the Ethical Promotion of Medicinal Products, which apply to IFPMA member companies and all those acting on their behalf, to Ethos ( Ethos (spirit) that applies to all IFPMA member companies and those acting on their behalf. The "Pharmaceutical Cooperative Code of Practice" established by the Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (JMPMA) is in line with the concepts of this IFPMA Code.
