Priority Issues and Activities

1. reinforcement of the secretariat's functions, improvement of its ability to make policy proposals, and streamlining of its operations

  1. 3. promote the above improvements by considering reorganization for flexible utilization of human resources, including enhancement of human resources within the secretariat.
  2. 3. to consider the incorporation as a general incorporated association, aiming to establish a structure that will lead to the strengthening of the secretariat's functions.
  3. To promote efficient use of the budget of the Pharmaceutical Cooperative Association and efficient committee activities. Enhance OA equipment and other facilities to hold more efficient web conferences.
  4. To build partnerships and share information with related organizations.
  5. Plan and organize the 24th Pharmaceutical Cooperative Forum (scheduled to be held on November 27).

2. revitalization of meeting operations such as standing board meetings, board of directors meetings, general meetings, etc.

  1. Enhance preparation of materials, meetings, etc. prior to the meeting in order to invigorate the Executive Board Meeting, Board of Directors Meeting, and General Assembly.
  2. To enhance the functions of the Planning and Policy Council, work to prioritize the agenda and devise the agenda progression.
