Priority Issues

(1) Transition to a general incorporated association

  1. Establishment of a receiver corporation in May.
  2. Organizational structure, rules, etc. of the new organization are prepared.
  3. Full-scale operation of the new organization will begin in October.

(2) Establish and strengthen the administrative structure in consideration of the transition

  1. JPMA's Vision for 2035: Fostering a common understanding of the JPMA's Vision for 2035
  2. JPMA's Vision for 2035: Embodying the Action Plan for the achievement of JPMA's Vision for 2035 into business activities.
  3. Strengthen JPMA's executive structure (strategic planning function, strategic promotion function, and strategic intelligence function), and strengthen the unity of each committee
