Disciplinary Action Against Member Companies

Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (Chairman: Yasushi Okada) announces the following disciplinary action against its member company, Meiji Seika Pharma Co., Ltd. following an administrative disciplinary action (Business Improvement Order due to partial falsification of application materials for approval, etc.) under the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act, etc., based on the results of deliberations by the Disciplinary Action Review Committee. We are pleased to report that we have taken the following actions based on the results of deliberations by the Disposition Review Board.
We sincerely regret this matter, and we will once again make every effort to ensure compliance by our member companies.
