Disciplinary Action Against Member Companies

Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (Chairman: Yasushi Okada) has issued the following disciplinary action against its member company, Meiji Seika Pharma Co., Ltd. following an administrative disciplinary action (business improvement order due to partial falsification of application materials for approval, etc.) under the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act, etc., based on the deliberation results of the Disciplinary Action Review Committee. Based on the results of the deliberations of the Disposition Review Board, we have taken the following actions.
We sincerely regret this matter, and we will once again make every effort to ensure compliance by our member companies.
