Disciplinary Action Taken Against Member Companies

Ltd. violated the provisions of Article 3 (prohibition of unreasonable restraint of trade) of the Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade, and based on the results of deliberations by the Disciplinary Action Review Board, the following disciplinary actions were taken on May 18 against member companies Torii Pharmaceutical Co. Based on the results of the deliberations of the Disposition Review Board, we have taken the following actions as of May 18.
We sincerely regret this matter, and we will once again make every effort to ensure compliance by our member companies.
