Disciplinary Action Taken Against a Member Company
Based on the results of deliberations by the Disciplinary Action Committee, the Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (Chairman: Yuzuru Nakayama) issued the following disciplinary actions on May 18, 2020 against its member companies TORII PHARMACEUTICAL CO. Based on the results of deliberations by the Disposition Review Board, we hereby report the following dispositions as of May 18, 2012.
