Retirement and Appointment of Board Members

The Board of Directors of the Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (Chairman: Yuzuru Nakayama) has appointed Mr. Junichi Shiraishi to succeed Mr. Tadaharu Goto as President and Ms. Sachiko Nakagawa to succeed Mr. Akihiko Matsubara as Executive Director (General Manager of the Director's Office) at the meeting held on March 19.
Chairman Tadaharu Goto, Executive Director Akira Kawahara, and Managing Director Akihiko Matsubara will retire from the Board of Directors on March 31 upon reaching the mandatory retirement age.
