Retirement and Election of Directors

Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (Chairman: Joji Nakayama) is pleased to announce that at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 19, Junichi Shiraishi was elected to succeed Tadaharu Goto as President and Akihiko Matsubara as Executive Director, and Sachiko Nakagawa (General Manager of the Directorate attached to the President) as Executive Director.
Chairman Tadaharu Goto, Executive Director Akira Kawahara, and Managing Director Akihiko Matsubara will retire from the Board of Directors on March 31 upon reaching the mandatory retirement age.
