Won 3rd Place in the “My CareerStudy Course Contest 2025”
JPMA’s video course for undergraduate students received high praise from student judges

The JPMA has been publishing video courses on “My CareerStudy,” a career learning website for early-year university students operated by Mynavi Corporation, since September 2024.We are pleased to announce that this course recently won third place out of all 26 nominated courses in the “My CareerStudy Course Contest 2025” hosted by Mynavi Corporation.
The award-winning course, “Learn from Seniors! Key Points for Choosing the Right Industry for You,” was created to convey the social significance and appeal of the pharmaceutical industry to students considering their future careers.In this course, two young employees—one a Medical Representative (MR) and the other in a research role—share how they deepened their understanding of both the industry and themselves through their job-hunting experiences. The content is designed to serve as a starting point for many students, regardless of their academic background, to consider which industry is the best fit for them.
Judging for this contest was conducted by a “Student Judging Panel” composed of college students and through “Course Evaluations” on the website. We interpret our selection as third place as a strong endorsement of this course’s objective: to clearly convey the pharmaceutical industry’s social role and the appeal of its diverse career paths to students.
Takeshi Tada, Chairperson of the JPMA’s Public Affairs Committee, stated, “Moving forward, we will continue to provide easy-to-understand information to the general public—including young people such as college students—while fostering relationships that inspire everyone to feel they want to ‘support’ and ‘contribute to’ the pharmaceutical industry.” Based on this philosophy, the JPMA will continue to promote public relations activities aimed at broadening and deepening understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
