The Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (Chairman: Asuka Miyabashira, hereinafter referred to as "JCIA") will hold the "JCIA Kusurium Laboratory 2025 Autumn", a hands-on event for learning about drugs in a fun way on September 14 (Sun.) and 15 (Mon.), 2025 at Kitanomaru Park and Science Museum in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

Since 2016, the Seiyaku Kyokai has cooperated in the exhibition of the permanent exhibition room "Drug Room - Kusurium" at the Science Museum. In March 2025, the Seiyaku Kyokai Kusurium Laboratory, a hands-on event aimed at motivating children to become drug researchers and related professions in the future, was held. The event was so well received, with approximately 6,000 visitors, that we decided to hold an additional event, "Seiyaku Kyokai Kusuriumu Kenkyujo 2025 Autumn," on September 14 and 15, which fall consecutive holidays.

As in the previous event (held in March 2025), the following topics are planned for this "Seiyaku Kyokai Kusuriumu Kenkyujo 2025 Autumn".

Contents of the "Pharmaceutical Cooperative Research Laboratory 2025 Autumn

Finding drugs (introduction of one of the methods used to find the active ingredients of drugs)
