JPMA Announces Second Open Call for Researcher Support and Grants for FY2024

) The Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (JPMA) announces that it will hold the 2nd (FY 2024) "Open Call for Researcher Support and Grants".

Based on the recommendations of the "Study Group on Extending Healthy Life Expectancy and Driving Economic Growth", in which experts who are leading academic research on healthcare as a whole participated, JPMA will promote interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary research and support young researchers, not limited to the field of pharmaceuticals, in order to help solve issues surrounding healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry in Japan in the future. The purpose of this grant is to contribute to the development of research that will lead to the resolution of issues surrounding the medical, health, and pharmaceutical industries in Japan and to the accumulation of evidence for "extending healthy life expectancy" and "driving economic growth" through the promotion of interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary research and support for young researchers, regardless of the field of pharmaceuticals.
