The theme of this issue, "Internationalization. Mr. Nakagawa, Managing Director of the JPMA, spoke passionately about the future vision for internationalization, including the promotion of regulatory harmonization and the establishment of cooperative frameworks with the Asian region, as well as how international collaboration can be achieved by leveraging Japan's strengths.

My Committee

vol.2 International Affairs Committee

JPMA has 12 committees and 6 specialized organizations. The second session focused on the International Affairs Committee. The committee has three subcommittees: the European and American Subcommittee, the Asian Subcommittee, and the Global Health Subcommittee. We will report on the activities of the committee members in the countries and regions of Europe, the U.S., and Asia, as well as their firsthand accounts.

We also report on the latest developments, including the release of "Industrial Vision 2035," the conference on building an infectious disease drug discovery ecosystem, efforts to control neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) by bringing together the ideas of the next generation, and new challenges for intellectual property professionals.
