Information JPMA Guide 2021" published
The JPMA Public Affairs Committee has published "JPMA Guide 2021" with a message from new JPMA President Yasushi Okada.
Aiming to promote understanding of JPMA, this booklet provides easy-to-understand explanations of JPMA's activities to a large number of people. It is available on the JPMA website and is distributed to relevant stakeholders through the JPMA and its member companies.
The cover of the 2021 edition of the JPMA Guide is designed with the catchphrase, "New medicines for everyone who wants to be healthy," and features a green and orange design with a healthy impression of a scene of people living together. The design reflects JPMA's wish for "people's health and a bright future.
The contents include an overview of JPMA, an introduction of the "JPMA Industrial Vision 2025," and various data on the contribution of the pharmaceutical industry to society and the challenge of addressing unmet medical needs through pharmaceutical research and development. In addition, a message from Chairman Okada states, "Aiming to build a healthcare ecosystem that generates continuous innovation, we will continue to create innovative new medicines and contribute to improving the health and medical care of people around the world.
