The 18th Pharmaceutical Association of Japan Forum
The 18th Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association of Japan Forum was held on November 30, 2017 at the Keidanren Kaikan with the attendance of over 300 invited guests, including Diet members, government officials, related organizations, opinion leaders, patient groups, and members of the press. The forum is held annually at this time of the year to bring together leaders from various fields related to the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers' Association and representatives of member companies to exchange views and opinions. In the past, most of the speakers have been from the scientific community, but this year we changed things up and invited Mr. Kunihiko Miyake, Senior Director of Research at the Canon Institute for Global Studies, to speak at the forum.
