"Regular Chairman's Press Conference" Held
On May 26, 2016, the JPMA held its regular press conference at the Nomura Conference Plaza Nihonbashi (Chuo Ward, Tokyo).At the press conference, Chairman Yoshihiko Hatanaka—who succeeded former Chairman Masayo Tada—delivered a statement outlining his vision upon assuming the chairmanship, followed by an explanation of the JPMA’s initiatives, with a focus on this fiscal year’s business policies. Fifty-three members of the press attended the press conference, and a lively question-and-answer session took place that day.
