ICH Project ICH E20 "Adaptive Design for Clinical Trials (Draft)" Briefing Session

The ICH E20 Expert Working Group (EWG) has been studying to develop a guideline for ICH E20 "Adaptive Design for Clinical Trials". As a result, the draft ICH E20 guideline reached Step 2 as of June 25, 2025, and was published on the official ICH website. On October 1, 2025, ICH E20 "Adaptive Design for Clinical Trials (Draft)" started to accept public comments in Japan.
In order to promote understanding of the draft Guideline and to support the collection of public comments, a Guideline Workshops on ICH E20 "Adaptive Design for Clinical Trials (Draft)" will be held.
