We are pleased to announce that the presentation materials for the "Workshop on Pediatric Drug Development" held on March 29, 2022 are now available.
While there is a high demand for pediatric drug development, various issues must be resolved in order to promote it. In this workshop, task force members, who are active in the forefront of pediatric drug development in academia, and members of the Clinical Evaluation Committee of the Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (JPMA), will discuss two issues (1) Patient Centricity and (2) Pharmacometrics for Pediatric Drug Development. The workshop was held to exchange opinions focusing on two issues: 1) Patient Centricity, and 2) solving technical issues by using pharmacometrics. We hope that this workshop will serve as an opportunity to further promote pediatric drug development.
