In order to promote the use of medical information databases in PV activities, we held a "Hands-on Workshop on the Use of Medical Information Databases in PV Activities" in September 2025. The workshop featured a lecture by Dr. Chieko Ishiguro of the National Institute for Health Risk Management's Clinical Research Center on the "Potential of Using Medical Databases in Normal Safety and Monitoring Activities. Dr. Chieko Ishiguro kindly agreed to make her lecture available on the Drug Evaluation Committee's YouTube channel.
