In May 2021, the electronic data system for applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Gateway System") The types of electronic certificates that can be used in the application electronic data system (hereinafter referred to as the "Gateway System") have been expanded to five services from four companies.
In order to accelerate the spread and use of electronic applications, the Electronic Information Subcommittee of the Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (JPMA) has prepared a document summarizing the characteristics of each service of electronic certificates and how users can manage them to help companies using the gateway system make decisions when selecting electronic certificates. We believe that this information is as accurate as possible at this time, as we have asked each certification authority to verify the content of the information we have compiled.
