The MA Subcommittee Task Force 2 has been discussing the "Aimed Direction of MSLs" since 2019 and has now posted it along with an example training program in the Appendix.
This "Direction for MSLs" is positioned with an eye toward the future of MSLs, as it considers the "Basic Concept of MSLs" released as a voluntary standard in 2019 as the minimum requirements that must be met.
We have also included as many specific examples as possible, so we hope you will find it useful when developing or reviewing your company's internal systems.
