Drug Evaluation Committee Questionnaire Report on the Promotion of the Use of Electronic Medical Records and Other eSources

The Task Force for Promotion of eSource Utilization of Electronic Medical Records, etc. of the Data Science Subcommittee conducted a questionnaire targeting companies registered with the Data Science Subcommittee to ascertain the current status of efforts to link electronic medical records (EDC) and other data in clinical trials, and compiled the results in this report.
The first half of the report presents the main results and discussion, and the second half presents the results and discussion for each question.
We hope that this report will be of use to many stakeholders involved in data linkage between electronic medical records and EDC, and we hope that it will help lead to the introduction and diffusion of this system.
