JPMA Compliance Program Guidelines Revised on March 13, 2023
In 2001, Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (JPMA) established the "JPMA Compliance Program Guidelines" as a guideline for its member companies to ensure that their executives and employees comply with laws and regulations.
Since then, the guidelines have been revised in 2004, 2011, and 2018.
The JPMA Compliance Program Guidelines have been revised to reflect changes in the environment, such as revisions to laws and regulations since the last revision, revisions to other codes, and other social trends, in response to the revision (December 2021) of "Chapter 4: Respect for Human Rights," the Guide to Implement the Charter of Corporate Behavior of Nippon Keidanren, a general incorporated association.
