Notice Regarding the Transition to a General Incorporated Association

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued understanding and support of the Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association’s activities. The Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (JPMA), which has operated as a voluntary organization since its founding in 1968, transitioned to a General Incorporated Association on October 1, 2026.
Building on the trust we have established over the years, we will address the changing social landscape and the evolving environment surrounding drug discovery, with the aim of further enhancing Japan’s drug discovery capabilities and contributing to global healthcare and people’s health. Furthermore, we will deepen our collaboration with our diverse stakeholders and expand our network of co-creation.
