We would like to express our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the Noto Peninsula Earthquake of 2024, which occurred on January 1, and our deepest sympathies to all those who were affected by the disaster and to all concerned.
In response to requests from local governments, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and medical organizations, the Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (JPMA) is committed to ensuring a stable supply of necessary pharmaceuticals, and will work with the Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers' Associations of Japan (FPMAJ) and pharmaceutical wholesalers to ensure prompt delivery to people in the affected areas.
