This is a question regarding the "job titles and affiliations" of the external members of the Clinical Trial Review Committee.
The external members of our Clinical Trial Review Committee changed in April 2019. The new external member was an associate professor at University A and retired in March 2019 due to retirement. Since April 2019, he has been a part-time lecturer at University A.
Should we list "Part-time Lecturer at University A" in the "Title and Affiliation" section of the committee roster? I believe that if he is a part-time lecturer, he is not treated as officially affiliated with University A. What do you think?

Part-time generally refers to working on limited days and times, not full-time, and since there is an actual working condition, there should be no problem with listing the affiliation as a part-time lecturer in the "Title and Affiliation" section of the committee member list.
